There are 3 Phases. Each phase is 8 weeks.

This is a
Fasting program, not a diet. 
What you eat during the eating window is up to you as long as you follow the rules below.

We recommend starting with phase 1, and working up from there.  You will need to give yourself at least 8 weeks to assess the benefits of 
fasting.  Give yourself time.

Refer to the guidelines below as often as needed while you memorize the rules.

You owe it to yourself (and your loved ones) to become the best version of yourself!

Eat from noon to 8p

Fast (no food) from 8p to noon

No Alcohol

No Desserts/Sodas

No Sweet Fruits or Fruit Juice

Approved Liquids:

Yes, water (all day)

or black coffee

or unsweet tea

8 weeks

Eat from noon to 8p

Fast (no food) from 8p to noon

1 24-hour Fast per week

No Alcohol

No Desserts/Sodas

No Sweet Fruits or Fruit Juice

Hard

8 weeks

Eat from noon to 8p

Fast (no food) from 8p to noon

2 24-hour Fasts per week

No Alcohol

No Desserts/Sodas

No Sweet Fruits or Fruit Juice
